These terms cover ContentPipeline and this website, run by RFD IT Services, a one-person business operated by Robert Dugger.

What this is

ContentPipeline is a personal tool used by its owner to manage the owner’s own YouTube channel. It is not a service offered to the public, and nobody else is expected to use it.

Provided as is

ContentPipeline and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that they will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free, and no support commitment.

Owner responsibility

The owner is responsible for what is uploaded and scheduled through ContentPipeline, and for keeping their own accounts and computers secure. To the extent the law allows, RFD IT Services is not liable for losses that result from using the tool or this site.

YouTube and Google terms

ContentPipeline uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the owner also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
