Convoso Team Optimizer
The Problem
Convoso’s live agent monitor shows every agent in one flat list. Managers running multiple teams inside a campaign have no native way to see just their team at a glance.
The Fix
Groups agents into team sections using User ID and Extension for stable matching, then reorders them visually with CSS flex-order instead of moving DOM nodes. That keeps it stable under Convoso’s constant live updates and heavy WebRTC/Janus SIP traffic.
