Services
I find the thing that happens the same way every time and make it happen automatically.
Most of the work I do starts with one question: what’s the one thing in your week you dread because it’s the same every time?
That’s where the friction is. That’s where the hours are. That’s what I fix.
What I Build
Process Automation
Manual work that runs on a schedule — intake forms, appointment reminders, follow-ups, reporting, data entry — gets replaced with a system that runs itself. You stop thinking about it. It just happens.
Built for: healthcare, home services, trades, professional services. Any operation where the same task happens every week and still requires a human to do it.
AI Infrastructure
Beyond task automation. A system that monitors, decides, and acts on your behalf — briefing you in the morning, triaging your inbox, surfacing what needs attention. Built on your own hardware or low-cost cloud. No ongoing subscription to an AI platform you don’t control.
This is what I run for myself. I build smaller versions of it for clients.
Data Engineering
Raw data in, clean usable output out. ETL pipelines, Google Sheets automation, dashboard systems, CRM data prep. Built to handle volume — 700,000 records processed in under 8 minutes is a real number from a real project.
How It Works
Discovery — free conversation. You describe the friction. I assess the scope.
Proposal — fixed price, defined deliverable, clear timeline. No ambiguity about what you’re buying.
Build — I design it. A coding agent implements it. You get something tested and deployed, not a prototype.
Maintenance — monthly retainer if you need it. Most automations run without intervention once they’re live.
Pricing
| Scope | One-Time |
|---|---|
| Simple automation | $300 – $500 |
| Medium complexity | $500 – $1,500 |
| Full implementation | $1,500 – $3,000 |
Monthly maintenance: $99 – $500 depending on complexity and support needs.
Discovery is always free.
The Work
Every tool listed in my portfolio was built to solve a real problem — most of them my own. The same methodology applies to client work: spec it, build it, test it, ship it.
