Work History

Robert Floyd Dugger

Systems Architect & IT Lead

West Palm Beach, Florida | [email protected] | GitHub | LinkedIn

Professional Summary

Self-taught systems architect — no formal degree, Google IT/data/AI certifications plus a real, shipped body of production work. Currently employed full-time in contact center and marketing operations support, where I’ve automated a substantial share of the manual data workflows I used to do by hand. Outside that, I build automation tooling for dialer operations, a shared-engine game studio, trading systems research, and open source Python tooling — all detailed on the full project list.

Experience

Contact Center & Marketing Operations Support

Current role, full-time | South Florida

  • Built and maintain automated data enrichment and lead-quality pipelines that replaced manual spreadsheet workflows
  • Automated recurring reporting and business-logic calculations that previously required daily manual work
  • Hands-on with dialer platforms (Convoso, Telesero) — list management, compliance workflows, agent-facing tooling

Real, current work. Employer-specific systems and data stay internal — see Infrastructure I’ve Built for the generalized, public-facing version of what this looks like in practice.

Freelance Social Media & Content (early)

Small local-business clients | 2023–2024

  • Managed social media presence and visual content for a small local service business
  • Early hands-on use of generative AI for content and copy production

Frameworks & Libraries: FastAPI, SQLModel, React, Vite, Bevy, Godot, Pygame, NEAT AI, pytest

Architecture Patterns: Entity-Component-System (ECS), hexagonal architecture, real-time WebSocket systems, spec-driven development with coding-agent orchestration

Selected Projects

Infrastructure I’ve Built — roughly a dozen real MCP servers, several hundred tools, most enforcing their own certified test floors. Includes the actual tooling this site is built and deployed through.

PhantomArbiter — real-time Solana arbitrage detection with multi-strategy detection and MEV-aware execution.

rpgCore — multi-genre game engine, Python core with Godot frontend and NEAT AI integration.

TurboShells — full-stack real-time turtle racing game with genetic-trait breeding.

Games, Engines, and Systems — a live shared-engine arcade plus an honestly-tiered back catalog of everything else built along the way.

Chrome extensionsTelesero Auto-Pauser, Chrome Auto-Refresh, Convoso Insight Lens, Convoso Auto-Create Lead, Convoso Team Optimizer — real, published tools, each with its own project page and real technical detail rather than marketing numbers.

Why I Build

  • Reliability first: systems I build are expected to survive real, unattended maintenance
  • Verification over trust: I check actual rendered output and test-floor numbers directly rather than accept summary claims — including my own
  • Constraint appreciation: limits force focus, not obstacles
  • Honest scope: a shipped system and a prototype don’t get described the same way

Open To

Freelance: contact center automation, data pipelines, game prototypes, backend architecture

Full-time or Contract: senior engineer roles where architecture and correctness matter

Collaboration: technical discussions about systems, automation, or AI-agent-directed development
