This policy covers ContentPipeline and this website, rfditservices.com. Both are run by RFD IT Services, a one-person business operated by Robert Dugger.

What ContentPipeline is

ContentPipeline is a personal tool. Only its owner uses it, to manage the owner’s own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, and nobody else signs in to it.

What Google data it accesses, and why

ContentPipeline asks for permission to use the owner’s YouTube account. The access it requests is:

  • Upload and manage videos. Used only to upload the owner’s videos and schedule when they are published.
  • Read channel data. Used only to read the owner’s own channel and video details.
  • YouTube Analytics (read-only). Used only to read the owner’s own channel performance.

That is the whole purpose. The data is not used for anything else.

What we do not do

  • We do not collect Google user data from anyone other than the owner.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or to train AI or machine-learning models.
  • We do not run ads.

Where data is stored

OAuth tokens (the credentials Google issues after the owner approves access) are stored only on the owner’s own computers. They are never sent anywhere else. Channel and analytics data read through the YouTube API stays on those same computers.

Google API Services User Data Policy

ContentPipeline’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deleting data

The owner can revoke ContentPipeline’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask for deletion of any data held, or to ask any privacy question, email [email protected].

This website

This website does not use advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or cookies of its own, and it has no sign-in or forms. The site is served through a content delivery network and a web server, which keep ordinary technical logs (such as IP address, page requested, and time) for security and reliability. That is outside the site’s own code, and those logs are not used to profile visitors. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Children

ContentPipeline and this website are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
