I taught myself Game Maker at 14. Spent a decade in phone sales. My daughter was born and I stopped settling.

Since then: a neural net that learned to play Pong, a turtle racing game where every body part rendered from a genome string, a full ECS engine with over a thousand tests, production Rust shipping to Android and browser, and a game studio engine with four live demos.

In between all of that, I automated most of my own job.


Contact Center Automation

I work inside a high-volume contact center operation. The dialer runs Convoso and Telesero simultaneously. The compliance exposure is real. The manual work is constant.

So I built the tools to fix it.

What I’ve shipped for this environment:

  • DNC compliance fan-out — automated list scrubbing across multiple dialers simultaneously, with Slack-based job tracking and status reporting. Eliminates the manual DNC check that happens before every campaign launch.
  • Forecasting and performance reporting — replaces the daily Excel ritual. Pulls dialer metrics, calculates contact rate trends, surfaces which lists are degrading before they crater the shift.
  • Agent visibility wallboard — a real-time readiness display embedded inside the dialer interface, pulling from a separate communications platform via API. Agents see availability without needing a second license. Built on FastAPI, deployed to Cloud Run.
  • List health monitoring — automated detection of list degradation, contact rate drop, and compliance risk before a human notices.

These aren’t demos. They run in production every day.

The pitch is simple: your dialer can handle the rules. Mine handles the decisions.

Game Systems & Engineering

Parallel to the ops work, I’ve been building game systems since I was a kid. The projects compound:

PyPongAI — NEAT neuroevolution from 0% to 98% win rate in 50 generations. The same genetic algorithm that taught a paddle to play Pong is the one that maps genome strings to turtle bodies.

TurboShells — Turtle racing where every shell radius, leg length, and color rendered from a four-parameter genome string. First contact with Rust.

VoidDrift — Idle mining game built in Rust and Bevy. Six weeks from zero Rust knowledge to a shipped Android and browser game. 862 views, #2 on r/bevy.

RFDGameStudio — Six complete games sharing one Lua engine. Horse racing, snake roguelike, mutant battle ball, Slime Coin, ScrapCrawl, Chimera Wilds. The TypeScript renderer and PyGame renderer consume the same logic. 194/0/0 Python, 80/0/0 TypeScript.

The games are real. The engine underneath them is the point.
